For Hair (use with the following treatments): To control fly-away hair, to remove tangles, or as a cutting lotion, spray onto hair, comb, and proceed as usual. For perming, apply after wrapping, and before permanent wave solution, to increase perm elasticity, For hair coloring, apply before beginning to decrease fading. For skin, use as needed to prevent and to treat dry skin conditions. Use directly on skin or even as a final spray over face make-up. Water soluble. Shake well before using.Product Ingredients
